REVISION POLICY

  • The number of revisions depends on the selected package.
  • Revisions will continue until your needs are met.
  • No additional charges apply if design concepts remain unchanged.
  • Revised designs will be delivered within 48 hours.

TURNAROUND TIME

  • Standard turnaround time is 48-72 hours for most design services.
  • Revisions take a minimum of 48-72 hours (2 working days).
  • Example timelines:
  • Logo orders/revisions requested on Monday → Delivered by Wednesday.
  • Logo orders/revisions requested on Friday → Delivered by Tuesday.

REFUND POLICY

ZN Digital Hub LLC offers a 100% refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds will NOT be issued if:
  • A special or custom package was chosen.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • The logo has been finalized.
  • The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
  • Revisions have already been requested.
  • The cancellation is for reasons unrelated to the project.
  • No communication has been made for more than two weeks.
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • Another company/designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks necessary details.
  • A complete design change has been requested.
  • The refund request is beyond the given time frame.
  • The business is closing or changing its name.
  • The reason for refund is a change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or unrelated service issues.
  • After multiple revisions, a 50% refund may be discussed with the project manager.
  • Refund decisions are at ZN Digital Hub LLC’s sole discretion.
  • Refunds for service bundles apply only to the specific service in question, not the entire bundle.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

  • Email info@zndigitalhub.com to request a refund.
  • Refund requests due to unrelated project cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Late refund requests incur a 33% administrative cancellation fee.
  • Upon refund processing, all rights to submitted designs remain with ZN Digital Hub LLC.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

  • Unlimited revisions are offered within the package limits.
  • We work until you are completely satisfied with your design.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Final orders are delivered via the designated account and email confirmation.
  • Turnaround time follows the package details, with a minimum of 2 business days.
  • Websites will go live only after all dues are cleared.
  • Urgent/rush orders require prior discussion with customer support.

OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

  • Finalized designs belong exclusively to the client after approval.
  • Clients own 100% of the final design, excluding interim materials used in revisions.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

  • ZN Digital Hub LLC does not create/populate content unless included in the package.
  • For content-related services:
  • Text and images are curated or created as per the client’s website.
  • Stock images are procured upon client approval.
  • Clients must provide product details and images.

REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY

  • ZN Digital Hub LLC ensures customer confidentiality.
  • Both parties agree not to defame or disparage each other after project completion.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

  • Finalized design records are retained for reference.
  • ZN Digital Hub LLC is not responsible for email installations or troubleshooting errors.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

  • Only emails from info@zndigitalhub.com are considered valid communication.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by using unofficial communication channels.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT.
  • Queries outside business hours should be emailed and will be addressed the next working day.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

ZN Digital Hub LLC primarily offers design services but may include technical support in some packages.

  • We are not responsible for detailed training or installations beyond provided documentation.
  • Services include:
  • Website Deployment: Hosting is provided via a third-party service, and we are not responsible for hosting-related issues.
  • CMS Support: A user manual is provided, but training is not included.
  • Email Setup: Necessary settings will be provided, but installation is the client's responsibility.

SMS CONSENT COMMUNICATION

  • ZN Digital Hub LLC values your privacy.
  • Phone numbers obtained via SMS consent are only used for communication purposes.
  • We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing.
